The UASC Board of Directors is made up of volunteer parents to set club
policy, overseeing the daily operations of UASC, managing the club
finances and scholarship funds, and organizing and implements club marketing and
outreach.
The board meets regularly throughout the year, generally during lesson time
on Monday evenings. Meetings are open and anyone is welcome to attend.
Minutes are available upon request. Members of the board of directors are
elected at the Annual Meeting.
